Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?

We are very sorry that we do not accept any cancellations once the order is placed.

What is your return policy?

We offer the return policy only in case of product/package tamper, breakage,  but not in case of customer not liking the look and feel of the products. The returns shall be processed in 10 days of submitting the return request along with attached unboxing video and the Items must be unused and in their original packaging for eligibility.

How do I initiate a return?

Is there a return shipping fee?

Yes, we charge a minimal Return shipping fee as we have to pay our delivery partners as a part of reverse logistics.

How can I check the status of my order?

You can easily check the status of your order by logging into your account and visiting the "Order History" section. Alternatively, you can track your order using the tracking number provided in your order confirmation email.

My order status says "Processing." What does that mean?

"Processing" means that your order is being prepared for shipment. Once your order has been shipped, the status will be updated accordingly, and you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

When can I expect my order to be delivered?

Delivery times depends on your location, quantity of order to be prepared, customization requirement and the shipping method. You can track the status of your delivery using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email and mobile number.

Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?

Yes, we offer varied prices for retail orders and Bulk orders. Don’t worry, we’ve got you covered with the best deals.

Can I alter my order Design/Packaging/quantity/content once the order is placed?

We Strictly cannot make changes in case of any bulk orders and customization orders. The Packaging of such orders is  made to preserve the quality of the items on whole.

What are the Payment terms for customization orders?

Initially, We require a payment of 50% of the order value once the order is confirmed, 25% before dispatch and the rest prior to delivery.
